Wook Lee Mr. Wook Lee received his bachelor’s in law at Jeonbuk National University in Korea. In 2011, he earned his master’s in law at Fudan University in Shanghai, China. Since Mr. Lee joined the NACF in 1996, he served diverse, crucial roles in several departments of the NACF such as in research and trade. He also has extensive experience/insights in international affairs through a long dedication to the international cooperation departments and teams.

Deputy Secretary General
Hong Chul Joo
Mr. Hong Chul Joo earned his bachelor’s degree in public administration at Chungnam National University. Mr. Joo started working at the NACF in 2006. He has devoted himself to international affairs and worked at the ICA office in Brussels as a seconded staff of the NACF. He is now studying for an MBA degree at Sogang University to further deepen his knowledge and contribute to the cooperative world.

Mikyung Jang
Ms. Mikyung Jang received her master’s degree from Chung Ang University. While there, she studied English-Korean interpretation and translation at the Graduate School of International Studies. Ms. Jang joined the NACF in 2022 and looks forward to exciting times ahead in the cooperatives world.
Communication Officer
Minhee SON
Son graduated from University of Sogang, Korea with a BA in English Linguistics and Literature. She then completed her MA degree in Korean-English Interpretation at Graduate School for Translation and Interpretation of Ewha Womans University, Korea. Having developed a keen interest in global affairs through her career as a professional interpreter, Son believes she can play an important role as ICAO Communication Officer in facilitating communication between the ICAO and its member cooperatives.
